Bulk SMS web portal

Send SMS online.
Keep the workflow clear.

Prepare contacts, write a clear message and manage your sending workflow through the SMSFlow web portal. No custom API integration is needed for the browser route.

Follow a campaign from preparation to review.

The portal video shows the sending workflow. Use it alongside this practical sequence:

  1. Prepare: choose recipients with the appropriate permission and remove records that should not receive the message.
  2. Compose: identify your business, explain the update and make the next step clear. Preview personalised values and the chargeable parts.
  3. Send: check timing, credit requirements and the intended audience before confirming.
  4. Review: use the available delivery information, then compare actual enquiries or bookings in your own records. Check an SMS delivery report.

Register or access your SMSFlow account. For automated sends from software, compare the SMS API; for sending costs, use the SMS price examples.

From list to useful update.

Prepare your recipients

Import and organise the contact list appropriate to the campaign. Review numbers, audience selection and your permission process before sending.

Write and schedule

Compose a useful message, check the segment count and choose when to send. Scheduling helps your team prepare a campaign in advance.

Review the outcome

Use available delivery information and reply handling to understand what happened. Delivery reports describe message status; they do not establish that a customer read or acted on it.

You have an update to share and a team ready to prepare it. The SMSFlow web portal brings your SMS campaign workflow into the browser, without a custom API integration.

Import and organise the contact list appropriate to your campaign. Review the numbers, choose the relevant audience, and apply your organisation's permission and preference process.

Write a useful message with a clear next step. Check contact details, characters, segment count and total cost. Send a controlled test before a wider campaign.

Schedule or send when you are ready, then review the delivery information available. Delivery status tells you about the message; your team still owns customer questions and follow-up actions.

Explore the web portal at SMSFlow online, and start your account journey.

What happens inside a browser-based campaign?

  2. Compose: write the business identity, useful update and next action. Review the actual personalised message and any links.
  3. Check cost: inspect segment count and available credits. At the standard rate, 1,000 one-segment messages total R184.00 including VAT.
